The twelfth cover illustration for “Feedback”.
This basically covers the same territory as “Frame of Reference”, only in reverse: rather than not seeing something that’s there, here something is seen that isn’t there: the spokes on the bottom of the gates are suggested by the gaps between the paving stones and the unshaded parts of the rocks.
